How much does the training cost?
The price depends on the number of people, the format (on-site or online) and the length of the training. We have no fixed price list because we tailor every training to the company. After a short call we send you an offer.
How long does the training take?
The core programme takes 3 hours including a break. If needed, we adjust it to 2 to 6 hours, in one go or split into several blocks.
Is the training suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. We start with the basics: what AI can do, what it cannot do and how to work with it safely. No technical knowledge is needed, and everyone tries the tasks themselves straight away.
Do we need paid tools?
For most of the demos, the free versions of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot are enough. Some features, for example connecting AI to your calendar or e-mail, may require a paid plan. Before the training we go through what your company uses and advise whether a subscription is worth it.
Do you train on-site and online?
Yes, both. We come to your company for on-site training; online training runs on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Either way, participants try everything on their own computers.
What do we get after the training?
You get the training materials and prompt templates for the tasks we went through together. We also add simple rules for using AI safely that you can introduce in your company. Support after the training is agreed according to your needs.
What about data security and confidentiality?
We do not need access to your company data or systems during the training. We work with sample or anonymised examples. The training also covers which data does not belong in AI tools and how to set up privacy protection.
